Thracians are beings living in the 9th through 12th dimensions that sometimes phase into our own dimension to feed. Their primary diet consists of the phlogiston in individuals suffering from depression. This accounts for the lack of “horniness” in depressed individuals. Researchers surmise that Thracians may be either pests or the pets of those colloquially known as the Time Lords.
